 IF YOU ARE NOT PLANNING ON HAVING YOUR PUPPY FIXED 

Any fault that will not heal over time or

cannot be fixed during neutering or spaying will be disclosed before pickup.

if not fixing and your puppy has a fault

we will ONLY pay for the cost to repair the fault - minus the cost of fixing.

Cost needs to be comparable to cost of vet service in our area.

undescended testicle

We have decided

NOT to ship.

Shipping can be tough 

on a young puppy.

We do not want any of our babies 

left out in the cold weather 

or exposed to high temperatures. 

It is better to make arrangements to pick up your new member of the family and either travel with your puppy 

under the airplane seat or in the grate/crate kennel in your car.

The cost is comparable to shipping the puppy.

Once you place a deposit for a puppy born, I email updates, a progress reports, the video is posted to the website or the YouTube link email to you.
 

If you put a deposit down on a puppy not born or not offered for sale,
emails will start as soon as you have chosen your puppy (decided which puppy will be yours).
 

• Balance is to be paid in cash at pick up.
  
• Mail a check at least 1 week prior to pick up must clear bank before allowing your puppy to go home.
  
• use PayPal on the website

• Zelle 2 days before your pickup appointment.  

Have placed a deposit for puppy not born or offered for sale
 

I will POST OR EMAIL photos & video of the litter once they are born
& when the mother &puppies are settled.

USUALLY about 4-5 weeks of age

The photos will be marked:
mother's name
m = male
f = female
number = number of pups in litter
 

Example:

ALEASH M1
 

The m1 is usually the most color of the male puppies.
m3 would have the most white of the male puppies.
 

The overhead view of the video

will show size comparison.
 

NAMEf4 is currently the most color

 of the females
and f5 would have whitest of the females.
 

If you have first choice of either the males or females, then you would only need to email one choice.

You will have 24 hours

to make your choice of pick or pass.

          If you do not...

we will pick or pass for you.
 

ANY remaining puppies NOT PICKED

will be posted to the website available for sale.

Once a deposit is placed & the puppy

is old enough to leave, we can hold the puppy for a few days without a

$5/day kenneling charge. 

The kenneling charge will be $30/day

if not agreed to within a 7-day period
from date puppy is ready to go home

We understand if you need more time

to get ready for your new member of the family.
 

If you choose to reserve a puppy before it is

ready to go home...

I email updates and post videos updates about your new pet.

Once a deposit is received & has cleared (usually < 3 business days)

the eBook is emailed to you.

$500 deposit for a female
$500 undecided to ensure a choice of either male or female.
 

The deposit goes towards the purchase price of the puppy.
 

Price is set at breeder discretion,

& is posted when offered for sale.

We never know if we will have all males, all girls or a nice mix.

The typical size of a litter is 2-4 puppies, however, may be only 1 puppy and other times more than 4.

We do not have a crystal ball

that works to predict the future.
 

If placing a deposit for a future puppy
a decision would need to be made when puppies are offered to customers with deposits.
 

You may place a deposit for either a

male, female or undecided.  

An email will be sent to you with
photos and video link when offered for SALE.

If you do not make a pick within 1 year an email will be sent to the customer to watch the website.

Each puppy PHOTO will have a label posted on it.

You will have x hours to decide your pick or pass...usually 24 hours. 

If you do not pick or pass, then we will usually choose pass for you.
 

The remaining available puppies are posted to the website for sale. 

You may choose from the available puppies posted on the website if you like.
 

PASSING
your pick place would stay the same or move up as the customers in front of you choose their puppy...

you may pass as many times as you wish if you do not see the sex, coloring, size range, etc.
